Cheques should be made payable to UKIC (CGCG). Please note that cheques should be in pounds sterling, drawn on a UK bank.

To cancel your plans:
Cancellation charges will be incurred depending on when we receive your written instructions. These are as follows:

Cancellation 29-41 days in advance: 50% of the total fee will be non-returnable.
Cancellation 7-28 days in advance: 75% of the total fee will be non-returnable.
Cancellation 6-0 days in advance: 100% of the total fee will be non-returnable.
