Telogis GeoBase
Telogis GeoBase is a fast, flexible, easy-to-use, geospatial platform with functionality to offer modern mapping applications to enterprise customers worldwide, leveraging NAVTEQ map data and location content. It is designed for .NET to enable rapid application development and integrates fully with Microsoft Visual Studio. GeoBase offers flexible deployment models by using a single-data format, code base and object model, as well as flexible licensing models. Functionalities include rich and detailed mapping; geocoding and reverse geocoding; route optimization for mobile workers based on truck restrictions and traffic information, enabling multi-stop optimization and customized route strategies; a navigation toolkit; and the ability to easily integrate third-party GIS data and layer it on top of the road network. Developers get access to many of NAVTEQ Maps' advanced data sets with GeoBase, including NAVTEQ Transport™, real-time and historic traffic information via NAVTEQ Traffic™, and NAVTEQ map data for North America, South America and Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA).
